The sherpa-lined sleeveless gilet, light and truly warm
This sleeveless gilet is quilted, cut short and stops at the hips. The outside is drawn in long vertical ogives, sewn one by one, and the inside is entirely lined in curly cream sherpa that shows as a fine edging along the whole front and hem. The V-neck dips sharply, with no collar or hood, and five tone-on-tone poppers close the front in one move. Two quilted patch pockets sit low on the hem, the armholes are bound with bias tape and the sides curve slightly. A sleeveless puffer gilet with wadded fill, sizes M to XXXL, in ten colours.
How to wear it
Over a light blue denim shirt and off-white straight trousers, with taupe faux-suede ankle boots, it gives a clean silhouette and a real layer of warmth without bulky sleeves. Buttoned, it keeps the torso warm under a coat; open over the shirt, it shows the cream lining and becomes a sherpa gilet you keep on indoors all day. The ten colours range from neutrals — black, ecru, white, sand beige — to bolder shades: red, burgundy, coral or lilac.
