Sizing & fit

Our pieces follow standard US sizing (XS–XXL; shoes in US sizes), and most customers take their usual size. Every product page has fit notes, and our Size Guide lists full measurements in inches.

Tap Find my size next to the size selector. Answer a few quick questions about your height, weight, build and preferred fit (for shoes: your usual US size and width), and we recommend a size you can add to your bag straight from the window.

For coats and knitwear you plan to layer, we usually recommend the larger size. For tailored pieces and dresses, choose the size that matches your bust and hip measurements. For boots you’ll wear with thick winter socks, choose the next size up.

Yes. Email contact@bradshawrow.com with the product name, your usual size and your measurements. A member of our team replies with a personal recommendation, usually within a few hours (Monday to Saturday).

Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum order value and no code needed.

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days and shipped via UPS. Delivery takes 4–6 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 6–10 business days of checkout.

Every order ships from our North American warehouse via UPS, so your parcel stays on this side of the ocean and there are no import duties or customs fees to pay on delivery. We currently ship within the United States only.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a UPS tracking number. Use the link in that email, or sign in to your account to see your order status. The first tracking scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Returns & exchanges

You have 90 days from delivery to return items that are unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags. Fall/Winter sale pieces can be returned under the same terms. Read the full Returns & Exchanges guide.

Email contact@bradshawrow.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We reply with a printable return label and simple instructions. Please don’t send a parcel without our label, as it can’t be matched to your order.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we tell you the cost of the label before you send anything. In special cases, for example if we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective or damaged, we cover it. Just include a photo in your email.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days and confirm by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want, so it ships right away. Unsure which size to choose? Email us your measurements first for personal fit advice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We don’t offer PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. More on payment and security.

Yes. Fall/Winter 2026 pieces are already reduced by up to 40% as marked in the store, and your multi-buy saving is applied on top of those prices at checkout.

Yes. Our store and checkout are protected by SSL encryption, and payments are processed by our checkout provider’s certified payment systems. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment, which is a normal security step.

Materials and care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. As a rule: wash knitwear cool and dry it flat, air coats between wears and hang them on a wide hanger, and brush leather and suede gently and keep them away from heat.
