Layering season has a shortlist, and the Poppy cardigan is on it. The fit is generous, with room to layer underneath. It comes in Pink, Beige, Green, Yellow, White and three further shades, sized S to 5XL.
Why It Earns Its Hook
-
Hooded: shields the back of the neck on the walk from the car to the door.
-
Roomy through the body: cut to slide over a chunky jumper without pulling at the shoulders.
-
Extended sizing: graded properly through the shoulder and sleeve, not just scaled up.
-
Button-front: fasten it against the wind or leave it open as a soft layer.
Styling Notes
Button it over a vest and jeans, or wear it open across a midi dress with boots. It layers under a coat without bunching at the shoulder.
Care Notes
Hand wash cool or use a wool cycle inside a mesh bag. Reshape while damp and dry flat — never hang wet knitwear. Cool iron under a cloth if needed.

Questions, Answered
Can I wash it at home?
Hand wash cool or use a wool cycle inside a mesh bag.
Will the knit pill?
Some surface pilling is normal on soft yarns in the first few wears. A cheap fabric comb removes it in seconds and it settles down after that.
Will it fit over a jumper?
It will. The body and sleeve are cut with layering room, so a mid-weight knit underneath will not pull across the back or shoulders.
