Some surface pilling is normal on soft yarns in the first few wears. A cheap fabric comb removes it in seconds and it settles down after that.
Does it run true to size?
Yes — take your usual size for the intended fit. If you plan to layer a thick top underneath, or prefer a roomier line, size up once.
