The Iris is our winter coat for the stretch of the year when the coat you grab is the outfit. The fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut. It comes in Cream, Black and Camel, sized S to 2XL.
Built Around
-
Stand collar: covers the throat without needing a scarf — and keeps the neckline clean when you do wear one.
-
Falls below the knee: the length that makes the difference on a station platform.
-
Button front, no lapel: an unbroken line from collar to hem, which is what makes it read as expensive.
-
Cream, black and camel: three colours that go with everything already in the wardrobe.
Where It Goes
Start with the boring version — jeans, a jumper, boots — and it still looks intentional. Swap in wide trousers and a loafer and it reads as an outfit someone planned.
Looking After It
Dry clean recommended to protect the structure. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth. Steam rather than iron, and rest it on a broad hanger between wears.
Full measurements for every size are in the Size & Fit panel on this page — switch between inches and centimetres there.
Questions, Answered
Is this a good gift?
The three colourways are all safe choices, and the regular fit is forgiving if you are guessing a size.
Will it fit over a jumper?
It will. The body and sleeve are cut with layering room, so a mid-weight knit will not pull across the back.
Will the cream mark?
It is the one to be careful with. Spot-clean promptly and dry clean at the end of the season rather than mid-winter.
